Founded in Turin in 1998 by Guido Costa, guidocosta projects has been based since 2001 in a former artisanal lithography workshop at 24 Via Mazzini, a short walk from Porta Nuova railway station.

Specialising in the production of artworks conceived specifically for the gallery’s spaces, guidocosta projects focuses primarily on photography, video, sculpture, performance and installation art, with particular attention to artistic practices that have emerged over the past three decades.

The exhibition programme comprises four exhibitions a year, at least three of which are solo presentations previously unseen in Italy. The gallery also supports its artists in developing collaborations with museums and public and private institutions, as well as in the production of publications, videos and other audiovisual projects.
