Barbati Gallery

Michele Barbati-an Italian native who grew up surrounded by artists, gallerists and collectors and spent his childhood in Venice-returns to the City on the Lagoon to launch his eponymous enterprise after working at David Kordansky Gallery in Los Angeles for seven years.

Privileged with the rich heritage and a distinguishing Venetian identity, Barbati Gallery envisions a program of year-round exhibitions and projects, inviting prominent contemporary artists and new talents from all regions of the world to exhibit inresponse to the extraordinary cultural history and to create a new chapter in contemporary art for Venice.
