SALTS supports young Swiss and international artists to develop unique and outstanding site-specific projects. Founded in 2009 by Samuel and Anna Leuenberger, it has evolved from an intimate art salon into a dynamic platform supporting emerging Swiss and international artists. The organisation is renowned for commissioning site-specific projects that challenge conventional exhibition formats and encourage interdisciplinary dialogue.
In 2020, SALTS expanded its reach with the establishment of Country SALTS in Bennwil, a rural counterpart that provides additional space for exhibitions, residencies, and events.
