Independent Art Space
BiM
Viale dell'Innovazione, 3, 20125 Milan, Italy
BiM is a new project for sustainable, efficient, and ethical urban regeneration, which by 2026 will transform a monumental building—designed by Vittorio Gregotti in the mid-1980s in the historic Milan Bicocca district, on the site of the former Pirelli factory—into a new green district, open and integrated into the city.
It will be a cutting-edge work destination where functionality and comfort coexist, offering business services as well as spaces dedicated to retail and culture. This ecological gathering space will promote circular economy principles and natural, social, and cultural biodiversity. BiM will be the place where Bicocca meets—and also innovates, inspires, imagines, and invents—the Milan of tomorrow.
