MOS activity is based on the idea of synthesis of various art domains in a single space. MOS directs its offer to diverse audiences: children, youth, the disabled, the elderly, as well as interested professionals, artists and creators. The center activities are focused on the art, culture and education development in the region and the city. These activities have the two main purposes: education through art and therapy through art.

The interiors of this modern cultural center at Rajska 12 Street include a Media library (focusing on the collection of performing and visual arts: theater, music, film, multimedia, etc.); a Music hall for approximately 290 people; a Movie theater with 98 seats and a Courtyard designed for outdoor happenings and exhibitions.
