The Palazzo della Ragione is a historic building of Milan, Italy, located in Piazza Mercanti, facing the Loggia degli Osii. It was built in 13th century and originally served as a broletto as well as a judicial seat.

The Palazzo della Ragione is a historic building of Milan, Italy, located in Piazza Mercanti, facing the Loggia degli Osii. In 1939 the Municipality of Milan takes ownership of the Palazzo della Ragione, and in the eighties, after the structural reinforcement work, conservation and architectural restoration, it was opened as exhibition space, whose program is focused on photography.
