Palazzo Ziino

The neoclassic architecture of Palazzo Ziino houses the Gipsoteca of the Civica Gallery of Modern Art “Empedocle Restivo”, featuring about sixty plaster sculptures made between the mid-nineteenth and early twentieth century. The valuable collection, consisting of busts, bas-reliefs and sculptural groups, coming from the deposits of the Gallery of Modern Art, is the result of donations from artists or acquisitions.
