FRAC Île-de-France – Le Plateau

FRAC île-de-france (FRAC, Regional collection of contemporary art) supports contemporary art creation. The collection includes more than 2,100 artworks of great diversity with particular attention paid to the emerging generation of artists.

Le Plateau is an exhibition space launched in 2002 on the initiative of local residents to redirect a residential construction program in this district of Paris’s 19th arrondissement. Eight exhibitions a year are organised at Le Plateu, complemented by a rich artistic agenda of events, meetings, performances, and workshops.
