Organica
Established in 2020, ORGANICA – Museum of Environmental Art in Limbara Park promotes Sardinia's natural and landscape heritage through contemporary visual art. Centred around the Curadureddu forest on the slopes of Mount Limbara, the museum combines a permanent open-air collection of site-specific land art installations with a programme of temporary exhibitions at Spazio CEDAP, a contemporary exhibition space created within a former trout hatchery.
The museum's growing collection invites visitors to explore the forest through works that engage directly with the surrounding landscape, while the exhibition programme presents artists whose practices examine the relationship between people and nature. Alongside exhibitions, ORGANICA organises workshops, performances, cultural walks, and educational activities that encourage reflection on environmental sustainability and the unique character of the region.
