Insa Art Space (IAS) has started out in the year 2000 as an alternative public institution for the creative producers of visual language. IAS aims to provide a creative environment and support for the talented new artists and curators in the Korean contemporary art scene. Since 2016, in cooperation with Arts Council Korea’s ARKO Creative Academy, IAS has been seeking to provide an effective and total support for the artists in terms of curating, exhibition space and budget. We also provide support for the selected curators with both material and conceptual resources that could help realize their exhibitions. IAS aims to become a creative platform for young artists and curators with a diverse range of education and research programmes.
