Csók István Gallery – Szent István Király Museum

50 km from Budapest, the Csók István Gallery in Székesfehérvár has become legendary in the sixties due to its exhibitions that presented artists and tendencies that were nowhere else to be seen due to restrictive state policies. It also accumulated a unique collection of post-war Hungarian art early on. To this day, it organizes important contemporary shows.
