Gallery 209

A space located at the Painting Studio II at the Faculty of Visual Arts in Brno. Every two weeks is presented work of students of the faculty, invited quests from other art schools or already established artists from young and middle generation. Gallery is a free platform open to research and experiments in the field of contemporary art. It helps to establish mutual communication in between different studios at the faculty and other schools. Exhibitions are accompanied by lectures and discussions. Curatorial team consist of professors and students of the Faculty of Visual Arts.
