Jeddah Sculpture Park

Sculptures from traditional Arab to more abstract ones created by famous European sculptors started gracing Jeddah’s streetscape in the 1970’s. It was then when the city’s mayor, Mohammed Said Farsi, decided to make them part of his Jeddah Beautification Project.
In 2013, with the support of Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives, the 27 sculptures went through a complete restoration.
The sculptures include works Henry Moore (UK), Victor Vazarelly and César (France), Joan Miro (Spain), Alexander Calder (US), Jane ARB (Germany), and Arab artists including Mustafa Sunbul (Egypt) and Rabi’a Al Akhras (Syria).
