CaixaForum Madrid is a social and cultural centre founded in Madrid during the 21st century, dealing with classic, modern and contemporary art, music festivals and poetry, multimedia art, conferences, social matters and family and educational workshops. With its vertical garden and its illusory “levitational” state, CaixaForum’s amazing headquarters, located in the Paseo del Prado, is one of the iconic buildings of the city: an old powerhouse realized by the architects Herzog & De Meuron.
