Sesc Pompeia open its doors in 1982, it occupies an area of 21.996 m²

Sesc (Serviço Social do Comércio – Social Service of the Commerce) was created by the commerce, services and tourism sector in 1946, within a project of cultural and educational innovation.
Sesc acted in the cultural field with a variety of events for audiences of different ages and social conditions, adopting new models of cultural participation and enhancing social transformation through processes of education.
