Museo d’arte contemporanea a Luicciana – Cantagallo
Via Giuseppe Verdi 24, Luicciana, Italy
Considering Cantagallo‘s municipality from an artistic point of view, we see how Luccicana represents its historical core. The open-air museum was inaugurated in 1984, counting 40 art-pieces, with the aim of finding a new identity after the bombing that destroyed multiple villages in the area. The collection include pieces of important artists such as Frank Burattin, Fertonani, Berti, Leonetto Tintori and Salvatore Cipolla.
In compliance with the order issued by the Minister of Health in agreement with the President of the Lombardia Region on February 23, 2020, with reference to the need to implement measures to combat the spread of the COVID-2019 virus, Mudec will remain closed to the public until further notice.
