Il Giardino di Kurt L. Metzler

A garden of sculptures, born in 1995 in the natural space that surrounds the residence of Iesa, in Tuscany, welcomes more than 50 works by Swiss artist Kurt Laurenz Metzler. These sculptures mostly display human traits, depict ordinary moments and are made of different materials (iron, marble, bronze, painted resin). Creating a sort of street theatre, Metzler represented the double nature of man, showing our tendency to feel alienated and integrated at the same time.
