Journey through the works of the painter Ignazio Moncada (Palermo 1932 – Milano 2012) from the historic palazzos of Palermo to the 18th century villas of nearby Bagheria. Begin with the painted ceiling, Representations, of Palazzo Branciforte in Palermo, view paintings and ceramics inspired by the emotive colpita of his native Sicily at Museo Guttoso as well as The Room of the Restless in polychrome ceramic at Villa Travis in Bagheria, and the permanent collection at the Museo Civico di Castelbuono.
