Social Fight Club Festival

Violence is omnipresent – it is carried out and rejected, legitimised and demonised. No one wants to experience it or officially endorse it, yet it is deeply rooted in our societies. On the occasion of the performances of our productions Ode to the Violence-Prone Youth and Demons, the Schauspielhaus becomes an arena for open confrontation in the summer of 2025. The “Social Fight Club. Trade Fair of Violence” creates space for physical experience and collective reflection. Two weeks of discourse and action: workshops, art, film and gaming sessions, communal meals, combat sports, power parties, and the culture of debate.
