EMOP Berlin 2018

The European Month of Photography Berlin is hosted from 28 September – 31 October 2018 at Amerika Haus with the support of C/O Berlin. The range of exhibitions in 2018 extends from historical photographs by Nathan Lerner to photo icons of the international music scene, self-portraits by Cindy Sherman to documentary photographs from geopolitical crisis areas such as the Syrian Aleppo.  Works of over 500 photographers are on display at the photo festival.

The opening event of European Month of Photography Berlin is taking place in cooperation with C/O Berlin in Amerika Haus, located in Charlottenburg. C/O Berlin, an important photo institution in the city, has initiated the “Opening Days” programme from 28 to 30 September 2018. The program features lectures, artist talks and discussions with internationally renowned photographers, curators, media experts, archivists and publicists.
