“Xchange: Social Gastronomy” aims to tackle the socio-environmental problem of food-waste by coupling design and food. ‘Taste Beyond Imagi-Nation’ is a potluck feast that brings together artists, designers, architects and the neighbourhood to contribute unique savory and flavorsome dishes and advocate green eating.
