Vanessa Beecroft VB82

Taking place at the Certosa di San Lorenzo in Padula, VB82 by Vanessa Beecroft will involve 13 male performers, including inhabitants of Padula: the performance invites locals to take part into a procession lit by fire torches to enter the Certosa where they will be given a white long cloth to wear while they occupy the main courtyard of the church.
The church is a large Carthusian monastery, located in the town of Padula, in the Cilento National Park.
