⊖ (“circled minus”) at BFI

⊖ (“circled minus”) is a platform for an Artist Residency directed by Willy Smart and Misael Soto which is uncoupled from facilities in the interest of sincerity. A soft choreography.
⊖ at BFI will be a continuation of a series of residency programs that have been organized at various institutions since the summer of 2015 including ACRE, Waterfront, and MCA, Chicago. ⊖ at BFI will be their most ambitious iteration to date, spanning several days of programming, including a Lecture, Bus Tour, and 12-hour-long Residency. Applications for ⊖ at BFI will be accepted beginning Monday November 14, 2016.
