The Lowe Art Museum hosts award-winning New Yorker cartoonist and author Roz Chast at its annual Art Basel Miami Beach Bubbles & Brunch. Breakfast at the Lowe, 10 am, will be followed by Ms. Chast’s talk and book signing, 11:30 am at the BankUnited Center Fieldhouse.
