Brera Design District 2026

Brera Design Week is developed around the theme “Essere Progetto” (Being Project). The initiative invites a view of design not merely as a formal result or final product, but as a cultural process and a responsibility in building relationships between people, places, and communities. In this context, the district functions as a widespread urban laboratory where design, creativity, and business engage in daily dialogue. Showrooms, companies, designers, and cultural institutions interpret the theme through installations and events.

The programme features 217 permanent showrooms, including nine new openings, alongside over 200 confirmed temporary exhibitors, bringing the total to over 300 initiatives. A key feature for the 2026 edition is the Fuorisalone Passport, a digital platform developed by Studiolabo. This service provides visitors with a personal QR code to simplify access to a selection of events.
