OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER

Within the spaces of the Piscina Romano in the Porta Venezia Design District, 6:AM presents “OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER”. The exhibition explores the concept of repetition as the invisible structure of daily life and creative practice. In a changing world, repetition is presented as a deliberate choice that provides orientation and a stable foundation for navigating the unexpected.

The project examines repetition as a creative leitmotif in the production of glass. Artisans perform gestures that are apparently identical to create series, yet the living nature of liquid glass—reacting to temperature and chemical changes—ensures that absolute control is impossible. The exhibition highlights the tension between control and abandonment, where every object originates from a reiterated gesture but possesses unique variations.
