The Renaissance of the Real

On the occasion of the Milano Design Week 2026, USM Haller presents the installation “The Renaissance of the Real”, developed in collaboration with the architecture studio Snøhetta. The project explores the relationship between modularity, architecture, and spatial perception through an immersive installation designed to engage visitors on a sensory level.
A multisensory installation that combines configurations of the USM modular system with an artistic journey developed together with Swiss artist Annabelle Schneider, which investigates the dimensions of touch, sound, and vision, inviting visitors to slow down and reconnect with space and the present moment.
