After its first appearance in Palermo in 2007, Circus returns to Piazza Garraffello on June 14th. Beginning in the late afternoon, Circus takes shape as a market tent, two hundred mirrors hung with raffia thread and four parked cars with their headlights turned on. Few steps away from the tent, a DJ plays music out loud. Each element is part of a small “fun fair” where architecture and passersby converge, a tribute to the poetics of Pasolini and Fellini.
