Alessandro Sciarroni: Dream

“Dream” is an unusual proposal by Alessandro Sciarroni, somewhere between installation and performance, which creates a fascinating parallel universe, at the crossroads of dream and reality, and which contains a meditation on the human being.

Conceived as a performative, choreographic and musical exhibition, “Dream” extends over five hours and tends to blur the passage of time in order to better transport to another dimension. The audience is free to move among the performers and to indulge in reveries for a few minutes or a few hours. Like statues of flesh, the six performers evoke creatures in a state of somnambulism, both here and elsewhere. A pianist accompanies them, playing a wide repertoire, from Bach to John Cage and Beethoven.

Entry is possible at 4 different times, then free entry and exit during the performance.
