Prototypical and deliberately undisciplined, PERFORMISSIMA is conceived as a collective experience that defies conventional formats and timelines. Co-produced with a network of international cultural institutions in Paris, the festival draws a contemporary, transnational map of performativity in all its plural forms.

Bringing together more than sixty artists — thirty based in Brussels and Wallonia and thirty from 24 countries — PERFORMISSIMA unfolds as a rhapsody of impetuous acts, celebrating the live arts in their most daring, unpredictable, and audacious dimensions.
