Art After Dark
The flagship edition of Art After Dark at Gillman Barracks returns as a highlight event of Singapore Art Week 2016, the city’s annual celebration of the visual arts.
At Art After Dark, enjoy an evening at Gillman Barracks – Singapore’s visual arts precinct – where its galleries, the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art (CCA) Singapore and other visual art tenants will premiere their new exhibitions and open their doors till late in celebration of Singapore Art Week.
Apart from the tenants’ exhibitions and special one-night only programming such as NTU CCA Singapore’s Residencies: OPEN, be sure to check out the launch of Singapore Arts Club, a month-long curated exhibition of outdoor art around the Barracks presented by the Arnoldii Arts Club, and other guest exhibitions such as SCOUT Singapore: Emerging Art Practices, M1 Fringe Festival’s Railtracks Songmaps and Andy Warhol: Social Circus.
For the live music acts of the night, expect a full line-up of Noise Singapore’s music alumni. There will also be a bumper crop of F&B pop-ups and an after party till late at Red Baron.
Free admission.
