Treasures: A Journey around the World

This engaging talk focuses on the Treasures of the World from the British Museum exhibition, and explores many of the exceptional objects it features. These artefacts come from all around the world and encompass many historical eras, providing us with an overview of human cultural achievement over thousands of years. The lecture will consider how these deeply storied objects have helped to shape the way we understand the past and, indeed, the present.
