10 Years of Travelling
On the occasion of their 10th anniversary, Kuboraum launches a year-long series of events, "10 Years of Travelling", showcasing the brand's long-standing narrative of eyewear, art and music.
The opening event of “10 Years Of Travelling” co-curated with Terraforma takes place in Venice during the Opening of the 59th Venice Biennale on the weekend of April 22nd and 23rd. During this two-day event, Kuboraum showcases artisanal one-of-a-kind pieces and Eye Couture masks narrating the genesis behind the brand with its focus on precious Italian handcraft and its language of multitudes and present multidisciplinary acts of cutting edge artists such as a live set by STILL+ECKO, Nyege Nyege’s Slickback DJ set, a debut performance by singer Lafawndah together with Forrester, followed by a live act by the group SALÓ propounded by Emiliano Maggi, Toni Cutrone, Giacomo Mancini, Stefano Di Trapani and Cosimo Damiano.
The event location Combo is located in the restored Ex Convento dei Crociferi of the 12th century and currently used for hospitality purposes, will be transformed into an evocative festival location. Just a few steps away from Rialto and the lively Mercato del Pesce, Combo offers residents a profound peace and singular communion with their surroundings.
