A Brighter Summer Day
A curated film festival running June - July 2020 in Venice
“A Brighter Summer Day” is festival of arthouse cinema created by iCINE-Magazzino del Cinema and organised by Alessandro Del Re, Martina Masini and Giulia Briccardi.
The festival takes place during the summer (June 30 – July 28, 2020) in three different Venetian open air locations: the AWAI association (Santa Croce, 201 / A), the Kolbe Cultural Center of Mestre (Via Aleardi 74/76), and the Fujiyama Tea Room Beatrice (C. Lunga S. Barnaba, 2727).

La realtà colta in flagrante – Percorsi nel cinema documentario italiano passato, presente e futuro. A photo exhibition curated by Reading Bloom- Letizia M. Gatti with screening of short movies by the author. Film-screenings are also availbale by reservation (The Connection, Portrait of Jason, Ornette: Made in America, Robert Frost: A Lover’s Quarrel with the World)
