Lo Schermo dell’Arte Film Festival in Venice

Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi presents the seventh edition of the 2019 film selection “Lo Schermo dell’Arte Film Festival”, running March 5 – 8, 2020, with artistic docudramas on the world of contemporary art. Among the films presented this year, the art documentaries by Ettore Spalletti and Barbara Rubin, and international directors such as Jeremy Deller and Masbedo. The event will be enriched by several meetings and talks. The opening show of this edition will be “Chroma Keys”, by the theatre company Motus.
The festival was born in Florence in 2008, with the intent to explore, analyse and promoting the relationship between contemporary art and cinema. “Lo Schermo dell’Arte Film Festival” has been curating a fair for the public of Teatrino di Palazzo Grassi since 2014.
