Terra e Forme 2025
The third edition of Venice’s Ceramic Festival returns alongside the Architecture Biennale
The Venetian potters’ association, Bochaleri, together with independent ceramic artists from Venice, proudly presents the third edition of the ceramic festival Terra e Forme in the Castello district. This year, the event is organised in collaboration with Le Città in Festa, an initiative by the Municipality of Venice, with the aim of promoting the art of ceramics within the city’s vibrant cultural and artistic landscape.
From May 8th to 11th, the festival will offer lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, allowing visitors to experience the world of ceramics firsthand. Master ceramicists and artists will also hold small seminars, sharing insights into the rich ceramic traditions of Venice and Italy.
In addition to the free activities, there will be an exhibition and marketplace on Viale Garibaldi, where selected ceramic artists from across Italy—including Daniela Levera, Effe Ceramics, VS Ceramics, SVO Ceramics, Annette Nielsen, Laura and Pottery, Gaetano Di Gregorio, Giuliana Rolli, Chiara Graciotti, Francesca Emili, Ceramicoscopio, and others—will showcase and sell their works.
The festival coincides with the pre-opening and official opening of the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale, making it an unmissable event for art and design enthusiasts.
The event is free to attend and takes place on Via Garibaldi, directly across from the Serra dei Giardini.
