Cantieri Aperti

Conceived by the Theater Company “Semi Cattivi”, under the artistic direction of Franco Rossi and with the collaboration of Stefania Gatti, Cantieri Aperti is a festival dedicated to theater, music and visual arts, based in Borgo del Ponte, a district in the city of Massa. It does not have a physical space for venues and exhibitions, therefore the dialogue with the inhabitants of the quarter and the context is an essential part of the project. Since 2016 the festival also hosts an annual Artist Residency conceived by Giulio Saverio Rossi, co-curated with Alessandra Franetovich and since 2018 together with Gabriele Tosi. In the previous editions the residency programme involved other curators as Pietro Gaglianò, Carolina Gestri and Daria Filardo.
