Trienala Ladina 2026
The MusLa – Museum Ladin in San Martino in Badia presents the eighth edition of the Trienala Ladina, an exhibition exploring Ladin musical culture as a living space of connection, memory and transformation. Rooted in a longstanding tradition of choral singing and collective practice, Ladin music is presented as a dynamic and evolving cultural expression that weaves together languages, identities and landscapes.
Through newly commissioned works by five artists of Ladin origin, the research project awarded the Richard Agreiter Prize, and a special contribution by plurale, the exhibition offers a multifaceted perspective on this cultural heritage. The projects highlight the relationship between artistic expression, community life and the natural environment, revealing the ways in which music continues to shape and reflect contemporary Ladin identity.
Set against a period characterised by social and environmental challenges, The Ladin Entanglement invites visitors to consider interconnectedness as a fundamental condition of human experience. Sound, voice and listening emerge as tools for fostering relationships, shared understanding and new possibilities for collective engagement.
OPENING TIMES: Tue – Sun 10am – 6pm
