Albert Oehlen and Bernard Voïta: Rookie Books

City SALTS presents “Rookie Books”, an exhibition featuring two concurrent solo presentations by Albert Oehlen and Bernard Voïta. The project takes place across two distinct industrial architectural spaces of the venue, the Kühlraum and the Wassertank. Curated by Camillo Paravincini, the exhibition investigates the intersection between contemporary visual art practices and independent publishing, coinciding with the launch of dedicated artist books. The dual presentation explores how the format of the printed page functions as a conceptual extension of the artists' formal practices, translating textual and editorial ideas into a three-dimensional gallery context.
