Blanko

The group exhibition “Blanko” marks a milestone for the Ausstellungsraum Klingental: after two years of renovation, the gallery returns to the Klingental Church, a repurposed religious building, with new exhibition rooms, in August 2020. 

Fortyfour artists were selected for the occasion to inaugurate the still empty spaces through works of diverse formats. Multi-sensory installations, physical interventions – including a guided tour of herbs followed by a distillation of the medical plants collected along the way – musical and ritual performances give a new life to the historical structure, leaving behind new memories and traces.
