Diese möglichen Leben

Gathering new and existing productions, as well as works from the Baloise collection, "Diese möglichen Leben" is a group exhibition that considers fiction and speculation as operative forces in art. Loosely based on Fleur Jaeggy’s book "These Possible Lives", a collection of concise essays on the lives of fellow writers, the exhibition brings together works that connect through a network of relays and effects, as if each were a possible scenario substantiated by another. Through these circuits and correlations, "Diese möglichen Leben" unfolds as a fiction and explores a series of open questions: how can a group of artworks form a coherent narrative? Can there be a collective interpretation? Are thoughts feelings of frustration?
