Katharina Hinsberg

Katharina Hinsberg (b. 1967, Karlsruhe) lives near Dusseldorf.

Hinsbergs work’s often deal with movable structures, making the dimensions of the room, the settings of the artist and the actions of the audience interacting together. This results in spatial concepts that change the perception of the exhibition space fundamentally, bringing contrast to the volatile and fragile nature of the used materials.

For Kunsthaus Baselland, Katharina Hinsberg develops a colored space constantly changing during the exhibition.
