Maja Ruznic: Who Tastes Fire and Cannot Speak

In her second solo exhibition with CFA, Maja Ruznic presents a new body of work that continues her exploration of memory, spirituality and transformation. Inspired by the poem "Day Without Night" by Louise Glück, Jungian psychoanalysis, and alchemical transformation, the exhibition unfolds through shifting images of bodies, houses, and landscapes that continuously dissolve and re-form. Painting becomes a vessel for emotional and subconscious states, addressing themes of memory, displacement, and psychic transformation through colour, atmosphere, and gesture.
