Not Vital. Bellaval

The exhibition Not Vital: Bellaval presents an overview of Vital‘s works, including sculptures, works on paper and prints.

The exhibition brings together Not Vital‘s most important work groups. Like a resting giant’s walking stick, one of his sculptures leans against a roof edge in the courtyard of the ancient monastery. Present, but not quite tangible, connected with its surroundings, yet hovering, it resembles the artist, who paces the world between his parental home in Sent, Beijing, Agadez in Niger and Rio de Janeiro.
