Together! The New Architecture of the Collective

Vita Design Museum presents “Together! The New Architecture of the Collective”. The exhibition examines a crucial trend in contemporary housing that has recently emerged internationally: dwelling space is created by carving out new urban commons and sharing ideas. The exhibition contextualizes this new phenomenon by introducing its historical hinterland, from utopian housing developments of the 19th century to the protest movements against housing shortage and real estate speculation in the 1980s.
