In the new Pulpo Galerie space, the young German artist Wilhelm Frederking is creating a new world: Neukingland!

In Neukingland, Wilhelm Frederking stages an imaginary world with fictitious players and their military implements. Frederking robs these objects of war and battle, heavy with symbolism, of their function. He re-purposes materials and imbues them with new meaning. Neukingland is a fictional world of military rule.
