Marina Abramovic: The Cleaner

Closely collaborated with the artist herself, “The Cleaner” is the first major European retrospective dedicated to Marina Abramović. The show debuted at the Moderna Museet (Stockholm, Sweden) then subsequently travelled to the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (Humlebæk, Denmark), Henie Onstad Kunstsenter (Oslo, Norway), Bundeskunsthalle (Bonn, Germany), Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi (Florence, Italy) and the Centre of Contemporary Art “Znaki Czasu” (Toruń, Poland). It chronologically reviews all of the phases of the artist’s multifaceted fifty-year long career, and now comes to the birth place of the artist, Belgrade with 120 artworks including paintings, drawings, objects, photographs, audio works, video installations, films, scenography, re-performances and archival materials.
