Dig Where You Stand

The exhibition is part of a project and curatorial initiative presented in several African coastal cities, designed to address issues of decolonisation, restitution, and repatriation, tailored to each specific location. The upcoming edition will take place in Cotonou and Ouidah (Benin) in autumn 2024, curated by Delali Ayivi, following previous editions in Tamale (Ghana) and Lomé (Togo). As a partner in this iteration of the programme, KADIST facilitates the loan of works from its internationally renowned collection.
