Andreas Slominski‘s pratice is based on concept-driven works that explore daily experience and personal obsession. His best known works are sculptural installations that transform everyday objects into curious occasions for reflection and interaction, as in his 2005 exhibition of a series of “traps” set for various creatures.

Born in 1959 in Meppen, Germany, the artist lives and works in Hamburg and Werder, Germany.
