Eva Kot’átková: The Diary of a Stomach

Meyer Riegger presents “The Diary of a Stomach”, a solo exhibition by the artist Eva Kot’átková. Born in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1982, the artist develops her practice by creating large-scale installations dealing with the examination of how social structures relate to individual experiences and the creative process. At the same time Kotatkova’s small-scale collages and sculptures gather portraits of unidentified people and images of the human body with everyday objects, creating surreal hybrids.
